to the ELAAF website
ELAAF is the East Lancashire Asian Arts Forum. ELAAF
came together in 1992, and works to promote arts and culture for
and by the communities of Asian origin in the districts of East
Lancashire. Our aims are to:
- Bring together agencies and individuals working to promote the
arts in our Asian communities
- Share information, expertise and examples of best practice
for mutual benefit
- Promote understanding of the culture of our Asian communities
to the wider community
- Enrich the cultural lives of everyone living and working in
East Lancashire
- Promote the value and importance of diversity
- Promote community cohesion and racial harmony
